My name is Elise Alma, and I guide people into deeper connection with their bodies through the art of Tantra, Shibari and massage. My practice is rooted in presence, trust, and the transformative power of intentional touch. I create safe, sacred spaces for exploration. Each workshop is a unique journey of surrender, sensation, and self-discovery. I believe that the body holds wisdom we often overlook. My work invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are waiting to be felt.

Discover the fundamentals of Shibari in a safe, conscious and playful setting. Designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to refresh their skills, this workshop introduces basic Japanese rope bondage techniques alongside essential principles of emotional and physical safety, consent and communication.

Through embodied partner exercises, guided practice and role reversal, you will explore how even simple techniques can create powerful experiences of connection, trust and presence. The focus lies not only on technique, but on developing confidence, awareness and authentic communication between partners.

The workshop includes basic knots and bondage techniques, partner exercises and small guided sessions in which you can experiment with what you’ve learned. Practices can be done fully clothed or nude and may include sensuality, but do not involve sexual activity.

You are welcome to come alone or with a partner. No previous experience is required.

Ropes are provided on site free of charge. If you have your own Shibari ropes, you are also welcome to bring them.
