All online tickets are personalized. Only if the name on the ticket matches yours will you be admitted to the festival! You can assume that the majority of offers via Facebook, eBay classifieds, Craigslist etc. are fraudulent in nature.

As a general rule, don't transfer money to people you don't know! Even if they have a harmless profile photo.

Admission to the Bay of Dreamers* Festival is only permitted from the age of 21. We will check your date of birth at the entrance and make no exceptions!

Due to the closure of the shore following the landslide in 2021, swimming in the lake is unfortunately not permitted. We will build other paddling and wellness attractions on the mainland. It can get wet!

We will conduct random wristband checks on the premises during the event. Passing on the festival wristband is not permitted. The wristbands are equipped with a payment chip. So you can pay cashless everywhere.

The Bucht der Träumer* Festival is 100% cashless. This means that you pay for everything with your chip on your festival wristband and can therefore move around the site without any money or valuables.

All bungalows at Lake Helene are currently reserved.

Zelten ist im Ticket selbstverständlich inbegriffen.

Wir haben nur begrenzt Platz für Camping mit Bus/Camper/WoMo.
Sobald dieser Bereich voll ist, gibt es nur noch die Möglichkeit Fahrzeuge auf dem ausgewiesenen Parkplatz zu parken.

Auch dieses Jahr bieten wir wieder Camper-Tickets an.
Für Busse, Camper, Wohnmobile UNTER 6 Meter kostet das Ticket 57,00€ + 2,50€ VVK Gebühr.
Für Busse, Camper, Wohnmobile ÜBER 6 Meter zahlen Ticket 67,00€ + 2,50€ VVK Gebühr.
Für alle, die mit dem PKW anreisen, gibt es separate Parktickets zum Preis von 23,00 € + 2,00 € VVK-Gebühr.

There are shower containers and fixed showers at the campsite.

We have put together a great music program for you on the floors with lots of love. The campground, on the other hand, is intended to be a place of retreat. Please respect the quiet areas and leave your own sound systems at home. If you overdo it, you risk being banned - so please spare yourselves and us unnecessary discussions. Thank you very much!

The DRK is on site for medical emergencies.

Our food court will offer a wide range of exclusively vegetarian and vegan dishes - so come along and indulge your taste buds!

Not all floors at the Bay of Dreamers* run continuously from Friday to Sunday.

Open fires are strictly prohibited! As our camping area is in the middle of the forest, it is unfortunately not possible to barbecue there. Please also leave your camping stoves at home! With the dry summer, we have to be super careful with the risk of forest fires. Please stick to it - otherwise our Secus will unfortunately have to expel you from the site!

Professional photography and all filming is prohibited. Please respect the privacy of each individual person. Nobody wants to be photographed without being asked.

We will have a camera team on the road to document the festival. Only this team is permitted to take professional film and photo recordings. This team will also be very sensitive when recording people. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be included in the footage.

There will be no ATMs at the festival. However, a telephone number will be displayed at the reception of Lake Helene for emergencies. If you need cash, please call this number. A person will then come to reception to make the withdrawal.

Fee: EUR 5 (for every €100 or part thereof)

Enjoy the festival, take care of yourselves and those around you and ask more questions if you have the feeling that someone is not feeling well.

Both psychological and physical violence and willful damage to property are not tolerated.

Glass is prohibited throughout Lake Helene. Glass bottles are also not allowed at the campsite. We rely on your own discretion. We would like to reduce the amount of glass bottles and other glass containers to a minimum.

Please avoid breaking glass at all costs! Anyone who would like to walk and dance barefoot should be able to do so without worrying. For this reason, glass is prohibited within the festival grounds. Please fill your drinks into shatterproof bottles or cups before entering the festival area.

Please refrain from graffiti and tags. The removal of graffiti on borrowed items (toilets, technical equipment, etc.) will be very expensive for us and thus jeopardize the long-term existence of the festival. Anyone who is caught will be thrown out.

Participation in the festival is always at your own risk. We accept no liability for physical or material damage during the event, nor in the context of arrival and departure. The instructions of security, the fire department and the DRK must be followed!

Dogs are not allowed. In our opinion, a festival is not a place for animals.

The Bay of Dreamers* Festival is a festival for adults aged 21 and over. Teenagers and young adults between the ages of 13 and 20 are not permitted to enter the festival grounds.

For children aged 0 to 12, the following regulation has been in place since 2023 in agreement with the Youth Welfare Office:
Sie dürfen sich in Begleitung einer Erwachsenen Begleitperson tagsüber im nördlichen Teil des Festivalgeländes (genannt Lumina) bewegen.

Außerdem findet ihr auf Lumina unseren Workshopspaces, die Livebühne, den Food Court und unser Wellness Bereich – die Schweissperle – und somit auch für die Eltern ein paar schöne Möglichkeiten durchzuatmen und entspannt zu geniessen. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch die Rollschuhdisco angesiedelt. Sehr wichtig: Für die kleinen Rollschuhenthusiastinnen gibt es dieses Jahr leider keine Leihskates – also bringt bitte eigene Kinderrollschuhe mit!

Access to the large rave enclosure (called Umbria) in the south will continue to be denied to the small pens!

We expect a clear commitment to these rules from the accompanying adults and react consistently if there is a lack of the necessary sense of responsibility.

Forgot your toothbrush or need some chewing gum? Whether it's cigarettes, condoms, sweets, toothpaste or other small items - you'll find all kinds of knick-knacks and everything your heart desires in the kiosk.

Please leave your confetti at home. We want to respect nature and leave everything as we found it.

There will be no extra cell phone charging station at the festival. Our recommendation: Only switch on cell phones in an emergency and forget about times and urgencies.

A festival always means a considerable ecological footprint. We go to great lengths to counter this as best we can, but we also know that we are not perfect. That's why we've had a sustainability officer on the team since this year.

You too can make a contribution to a sustainable festival with these alternative actions:

• Please leave nothing behind and take your camping equipment back home with you.
• Use the garbage bags provided and take your garbage to the return stations before you leave.
• Use the waste garbage cans on the festival site.
• Peeing in the wild harms the soil, plants and animals - please use the fixed and mobile toilets on site.
• Save water and keep your shower time short.
• Avoid disposable tableware if possible.
• Use (pocket) ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
• If you still have space in the car, offer it to the others.
• Take advantage of our eco loo offers.

We love your colorful, glowing rave sticks and jellyfish! They make the dancefloor more beautiful and help wanderers find their crew again. But beyond a certain size, they can become dangerous. Fire or light installations may be disrupted, or they can even become a real fire hazard. If spikes are driven into the ground, they could hit power cables. To make sure you can still bring your creative favorites, we have a few simple rules this year:

• Max height: 3 meters
• No sharp tips at the bottom
• When illuminated: Easy way to dim or turn them off (when requested)
• On the Waldtraut floor, please place them in the jellyfish cloakroom – the mapping team thanks you from the bottom of their hearts!

If the rules aren’t followed, rave sticks will have to stay at the campsite – or our security crew will shorten them on the spot. Save yourself the hassle at the entrance and stick to the guidelines, so we can all dance together safely and in full color!

Du hast Lust auf ein gemeinsames Bucht der Träumer*, kannst dir den vollen Ticketpreis aber nicht leisten? Jedes Jahr bieten wir dafür die so genannten Reduzinis an. Unangemeldete Verkaufsstände werden nicht geduldet und umgehend von uns abgebaut!

You can find various supermarkets in nearby Frankfurt (Oder).

We will hand out a certain number of pocket ashtrays on site. But please bring your own pocket ashtrays and do not throw cigarettes on the ground.

The resale of the Bay of Dreamers* tickets takes place exclusively via the official Tixforgigs website.

If you can't come to the festival after all, you can offer your ticket there and set the resale price yourself (within +/- €10 of the original price). There is also the option of passing the ticket on to a specific person. When setting up the resale, you can choose between “Public” and “Private”. If you choose “Private”, the offer will not appear in the store. Instead, a link is generated which you can then forward to the person in question. This person can then use the link to purchase your ticket via the platform.

If you choose “Public”, the ticket will reappear in the store at Tixforgigs.com. The new buyer* name is automatically entered during the purchase, after which the old ticket loses its validity.

Es gibt Toilettencontainer, sowie feste Toilettenhäuser vom Helenesee. Zusätzlich gibt es auch Toilettenwagen, Finizio und div. Urinale. Missoir ist auch dabei – die besten Frauen-Urinale.

Auf dem Gelände sind vielfältige Trinkwasserstationen verteilt.

Es gilt: Wo Wasser rauskommt, ist Trinkwasser drin.

Außerdem haben wir uns allerhand einfallen lassen, um für schnelle Erfrischungen zwischen den Floors zu sorgen. Haltet die Augen auf nach laufenden Waschlappen, hochfliegenden Wasserschlangen und spuckenden Lamas!

• Offer shelter to others if you have vehicle
• Keep out of the forest!
• Help wounded and those in need
• Keep attention to announcements from the hosts

Unfortunately, theft sometimes occurs at festivals. Please do yourself a favor and do not leave any valuables in your tent. There will be no lockers.

Wir kooperieren dieses Jahr mit mein-zelt-steht-schon. Wer kein eigenes Zelt besitzt oder keine Lust hat auf Schlepperei und Aufbau, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Hier mietet Ihr nicht nur Zelte und Zubehör, sondern bekommt es auch noch aufgebaut. So kommt Ihr bei der Bucht der Träumer* einfach an, könnt sofort einziehen und losfeiern!
