Before we dive into the festival together, Courage Yoga invites you to arrive back in your body and the present moment after the busyness of travel and everyday life. Through a dynamic, breath-led flow, moments of pause, and community connection, we create space to check in: How am I arriving today? What am I feeling? What do I need? A workshop for anyone who wants to begin the festival weekend with greater presence, courage, and openness.

Hannah is a yoga teacher and founder of Courage Yoga – a space for mindful movement, honest feeling, and genuine connection. She sees yoga not as performance, but as a way to reconnect with the body. Based in Berlin, she teaches in studios and through accessible outdoor classes, creating spaces where community and belonging can truly be felt.
