Raves can be powerful spaces of connection, wonder, and transformation. In this workshop, we weave psychological insights on the phenomenon of awe with yogic philosophy. Through breathwork, somatic practices, and mindful movement, we explore how states of surrender, self-transcendence, and unity emerge on the dancefloor—and how these experiences can support healing, integration, and deeper connection beyond the festival.

Bio
As a psychology student (Julia), yoga teacher (Natalie), and passionate dance enthusiasts, we know how powerful, connecting, and transformative the experience of body, movement, and sound can be. For us, raves are more than parties: they are places of connection and wonder—spaces where we can feel the magic of being alive.
