Decisive is the New Black is a 90-minute working session for creative professionals who are exhausted by the volume of decisions they face every week. It’s built around proprietary frameworks that turns three-day deliberations into clear decisions, without the guilt, the second-guessing, or becoming someone who says no – or yes – to everything.
The workshop is designed for high-achieving creatives: founders, directors, producers, designers, agency leaders, programmers, curators, and the executives behind them. People who built their careers by being capable, by saying yes, by figuring it out. People who eventually realise the strategy that got them here is quietly eating their energy and pulling them away from the work they want to be doing.
You’ll leave with the frameworks applied to real decisions you brought into the session, plus the language for the conversations where saying no feels impossible.
The workshop is led by Lindi Delight, a dual-certified Transformation Coach and Conference Programme Director for Most Wanted: Music in Berlin, with twenty years across the global creative industries. Her work is anchored in a simple principle: how you live is how you lead.
