Before we connect, express, or explore, we arrive. This workshop is an invitation to land in the festival space and in your body, taking time to slow down and tune into what is present. Through embodied practices and gentle self-inquiry, we explore the sensations, emotions, and stories we carry with us. By meeting ourselves with curiosity and compassion, we create a foundation for presence, self-acceptance and deeper connection.

Connection begins where curiosity meets presence. This workshop is an invitation to explore sensuality, pleasure and playfulness as gateways to deeper connection – with yourself, with others, and with the moment. Through embodied and relational practices, we create a space to slow down, awaken the senses, and discover new ways of relating, allowing pleasure, aliveness and genuine encounters to emerge naturally.

Our body, our choice. Before we head into the festival, we'll gather to connect and tune in, reflecting on why we're doing this. We'll get comfortable, build confidence, and share the intention behind our presence – then walk into the festival side by side. It's empowering, liberating and fun. All genders welcome. We ask male-presenting participants to keep their legal nipples covered. Come as you are and celebrate bodily autonomy and solidarity
