SPACE OPERATIONS 2026
Sektamt
Welcome to the Sektamt – probably the only government office you'll ever visit voluntarily. Here, you'll be rewarded with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The catch? First, you'll have to make your way through a bureaucratic process that feels suspiciously familiar, complete with forms, stamps, and wonderfully absurd regulations. Those who survive the red tape will be rewarded with a well-earned glass of bubbles. After becoming a cult favourite last year, the Sektamt returns for 2026!
Momentarium
Time to dive right in! The Momentarium, created by the Kontroversium crew from Münster, is a playful indoor space filled with little wonders. Between a ball pit, curious discoveries, and lovingly crafted details, there's something new to uncover around every corner. It's also the perfect place to find your very own Bucht souvenir!
The Peepshow
A curtain, a peephole, and plenty of curiosity: the Peepshow invites you to experience desire, creativity, and connection from entirely new perspectives. By day, the caravan becomes a space for tarot readings and personal conversations. By night, its little windows open onto intimate artistic performances blending burlesque, drag, and tongue-in-cheek voyeurism. Throughout it all, the Peepshow creates a protected space for both performers and audience, while its walking acts carry its unique world out across the festival grounds.
Feelings Oasis
Sometimes, between all the impressions, you simply need a place to pause and breathe. The Feelings Oasis is exactly that: a thoughtfully designed retreat for anyone who wants to check in with themselves for a moment. It's not for acute awareness cases or crisis situations, but simply a space to acknowledge your feelings, gather your thoughts, and recharge before heading back to the dance floor.
A Quarter to Infinity
Lean back, grab a pair of vintage binoculars, and turn your gaze to the sky: at A Quarter to Infinity, entire miniature worlds float above you as if they were distant planets. Alongside the enchanting planetarium, you'll also discover a poetic puppet show exploring space and time. And in the Planet Atelier workshop, you can even create a planet of your very own!
