Sonntagsticket & Workshop-Programm 2025

From the ship's mast, the lights of the runway are already visible – just two and a half weeks until the first “land ahoy” echoes across the deck and the mooring lines are ready to be thrown. There is a bustle of activity on board: an international gathering of radical dreamers and inspiring visionaries has assembled, and the cabins echo once again with the rustling of index cards and the hum of rainbow turbines. Soon the floodgates will open – the countdown is on. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

In addition to wild DJ sets and dazzling live acts, a deep and carefully curated workshop program has become an integral part of the Bucht der Träumer* DNA! Across half a dozen different workshop locations, you can move, connect playfully, and dive into passionate discussions. Party buddy speed dating, politics & human rights, othering & belonging, CO₂ curves & artificial intelligence are just a small glimpse of what's possible.

The preliminary program for the Workshops &Performances you can find it online now – the final timetable will be published in the next newsletter! Below, we would like to introduce you to a few special speakers. Have fun browsing and planning your workshop dates!

Loretta J. Ross
Calling in the Call Out Culture
(Neuro Dive|rs, Do. 21 Uhr, via Stream)

Loretta J. Ross is one of the most influential voices in the US reproductive justice movement. She is an activist, author, and professor who has been fighting racism, sexism, and right-wing extremism for decades—she has even helped KKK members leave the organization. In her workshop, she will share her vision of a society based on solidarity that deals with conflict productively – without resorting to cancellation. Because the fight against hate doesn't have to be exhausting; it can be empowering.

Alice Hasters
Identitätskrise – vom Ihr zum Wir (Neuro Dive|rs, Sa. 20 Uhr)

Anyone involved in anti-racist and feminist discourse in Germany cannot ignore Alice Hasters. With books such as Was weiße Menschen nicht über Rassismus hören wollen (What White People Don't Want to Hear About Racism), she has sparked debates far beyond activist circles – in a way that is intelligent, accessible, and personal. In keeping with her latest book, Identity Crisis, she invites us to reflect together: How can personal crises become collective opportunities? Who are we—and who could we be if we allowed change? A call to leave our comfort zones and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Alexander S. Wolf
Build your own Community (Cuddle Poodle, Sa. 14 Uhr)

What makes festivals special is the feeling of togetherness—for a short time, a real community is created. But how can this be transferred to everyday life? How do you establish a collective that not only functions but also inspires and connects? Berlin-based networker Alexander S. Wolf has been building structures that connect and empower people for over 20 years: from Berlin club life to global impact alliances. He sees community as a lasting system that can be learned. In his workshop, you will receive a practical crash course on how to build communities that last.

Daniela Sepehri
Hashtag #Freedom – Aktivismus für Menschenrechte auf Social Media(Neuro Dive|rs, Sa. 13:30 Uhr)

Daniela Sepehri proves that social media can do more than just cat videos and dance challenges. As a human rights activist, slam poet, and consultant for digital activism, she sees Instagram and other social media platforms as tools for social change and as a stage for clear political statements. Her topics include global freedom movements, intersectional solidarity, and the question of how we can take responsibility in a connected world. In #Freedom she shares her experiences and shows how digital activism can be truly effective.

Fikri Anıl Altıntaş
Kritische Männlichkeit – Wege zu Emotionalität und Geschlechtergerechtigkeit (Neuro Dive|rs, So. 16 Uhr)

How can cis men take responsibility and show solidarity in the fight for gender equality—without just remaining spectators? This is precisely where Fikri Anıl Altıntaş comes in: he writes, speaks, and debates about masculinity, role models, anti-feminism, and migrant masculinity in Germany. In his workshop, he encourages self-reflection and emotional openness as a starting point for change and new connections.

Ciao 3lla
Ungendering Worlds - A queer resonance space for feeling and transformation (Cuddle Poodle, So. 15:30 Uhr)

Ciao 3lla is a DJ, activist, and trans woman. In her workshop, she asks what it means to feel gender—not just perform it. What happens when we leave behind the rigid constraints of social attributions? With a great deal of sensitivity, Ciao 3lla creates a collective space for experience in which queer people can mindfully engage with their own and others' gender stories – on an emotional as well as physical level.

Karam in the World
Heart to Heart: Stories of Connection
(Cuddle Poodle, Fr. 16:30 Uhr)

Karam in the World is a widely traveled content creator and storyteller—but above all, a bridge builder between cultures, perspectives, and people. It is touch that connects us physically, and stories that connect us mentally. At the bay, Karam creates a space where you can encounter each other anew through honest storytelling and attentive listening. Come by and experience how strangers become friends.
