Looking for Support in Ticket Volunteering! Application Deadline: 28.02.
Are you a talent in organization and communication? Do you have team spirit and work independently? Maybe you’ve even worked in the festival or event scene before (if not, no worries!)? Then our Ticket Volunteering aka SupportA-Base might be just the thing for you! We have two positions available:
Seasonal Assistant from March/April to September 2025
Responsibilities:
- Managing the application phase aka SupportA accreditation via our festival software FESTIWARE (no prior experience with the software necessary)
- Communicating with applicants and serving as the main contact for questions
- Assisting in developing workflows and creating shift schedules
What We Offer:
- Insight into independent festival production and professional processes
- Flexible working hours and remote work (except for on-site appointments and exceptions)
- A relaxed, creative work environment with plenty of room for your own ideas
- Full catering during the setup phase
- And of course: Free festival entry and a vibrant crew to meet!
Workload:
- About 3-5 hours/week or approximately 70-100 hours before the festival
- Increased availability in July/August
- Presence on the festival grounds from August 1st - 14th
- 1-2 shifts at the SupportA-Base during the festival as a supervisor and point of contact
Compensation:
- March/April - end of July & post-festival: €16/hour invoiced, approx. €13/hour if registered
- Daily rate during the first on-site setup week: €80
- Daily rate during the second setup week until Wednesday on-site: €100
- During the festival: €18/hour

On-Site Assistant from August 4th to 14th
Responsibilities:
- Managing the SupportA-Base during the setup (August 4st - 14th)
- 1-2 shifts at the SupportA-Base during the festival as a supervisor and point of contact
- Finalizing shift schedules and optimizing workflows
- Allocating SupportA volunteers to different departments on-site

- A relaxed, creative work environment with plenty of room for your own ideas
- Full catering during the setup phase
- And of course: Free festival entry and a vibrant crew to meet!
Compensation:
- €80 daily rate during the first on-site setup week
- €100 daily rate during the second setup week until Wednesday

Applications for DJs & Electronic Live Acts
The application period for the electronic music program of the Bucht der Träumer* Festival 2025 ended on November 30, 2024. Applications sent to us via email or submitted after the deadline cannot be included in the selection process.
We will review all submissions. However, as we receive a large number of applications each year, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot respond to all of them. In case of a positive response, we will get in touch with you in the coming months.
