This year, we are looking for new DECORATION AND CONSTRUCTION crews to get on board with Bucht der Träumer*! We have different opportunities on offer! In between them, the live-stage design. Apply till the 10th of December!
Do you have a strong aesthetic vision and want to bring your dream concepts to life? Are you and your crew crafty, creative, and community-oriented? Are you part of a collective within the rave scene, interested in building an immersive playground with us? Then you might be the crew we're looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an aesthetic concept
- Manage the project budget
- Source and acquire new and upcycled decoration materials
- Communicate with Bucht der Träumer throughout the production period
- Coordinate with production, technical, and construction teams
- Venue / Space Management during the festival
Requirements:
- Creativity and originality
- Previous experience in festival, club or theatrical event organization
- Responsible handling of budgets
- The main contact person(s) should be fluent (not perfect) in both German and English
Desirable:
- Experienced carpenters within the team.
- Previous experience in building a space or stage at a festival.
- Experience in artist support.
- Connections to lighting and sound crews.
Workload:
- Sparse communication until October 2025.
- Increased availability required between June & August 2025.
- On-site presence during build-up, the festival, and deconstruction (between. 2-4 weeks in August)

Applications for DJs & Electronic Live Acts
The application period for the electronic music program of the Bucht der Träumer* Festival 2025 ended on November 30, 2024. Applications sent to us via email or submitted after the deadline cannot be included in the selection process.
We will review all submissions. However, as we receive a large number of applications each year, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot respond to all of them. In case of a positive response, we will get in touch with you in the coming months.
